October 15th – 21st 2012

  • October 15th- 20 min walking. 30 sit ups. 20 kettlebell bicep gunslingers (10 each arm). 40 kettle bell curls (20 each arm).

  • October 8th-
  • October 9th-
  • October 10th-
  • October 11th-

October 1st-7th 2012

  • October 1st – 20 min walking, 10 min really awesome, leg ache inducing, jumping on the trampoline.
  • October 2nd – Nada. Unless throwing up counts as exercise? Stomach flu FAIL.
  • October 3rd – 20 min walk, 30 min bike ride.
  • October 4th – 30 min walk
  • October 5th – 20 min walk
  • October 6th- Nada. Unless you count a lot of standing at work. Busy day!
  • October 7th – Arm work outs (shoveling turkey into my belly) (lol) 😉
