I won’t lie, I am not liking my idea of NOvember anymore. Maybe stepping on the scale weekly wouldn’t have changed a thing, but I have this feeling I won’t like what I see when I step on in December – and my pants are tighter. I do have to realize that this was a tough month. Between Florida and getting ready for the expo I have been go, go, going, and not making the time for me to really focus on my fitness OR eating. I also feel like I have been shoveling out a LOT of excuses lately. Something needs to change.
I’ve recently been entertaining the idea of making some dietary changes to see if that will help with my mood/acne/and over all health. Possibly trying to cut out dairy as a first step, see where that takes me. It might be my December goal. Once everything is settled, and I am all caught up, I will sit down and really think about it.
In other news, I am really excited that my contact from Sport Chek has talked to their new trainer and I’ve been sent a handful of kettlebell workouts that I can get started on soon. I can’t wait to go through them all and get back at it.
For now, I have some major catching up to do. Too many emails, a very full basement of casts, and household chores that are begging for attention.
