Looking for something fun to do, while also helping support a great cause? Check out the Mac Kids Walk and Wheel for Miracles!

The first annual Mac Kids Walk & Wheel for Miracles in support of McMaster Children’s Hospital is being held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Pier 4 Park in Hamilton. Bring your family, friends and colleagues to come on out and participate at this family friendly event! You can choose from a variety of activities. There will be two rides for children 9 and under (accompanied by a guardian) and a 5 km walk along the waterfront, which is open to all ages.

Every registrant will also get FREE access to Miraclefest, a fun filled event which includes a BBQ, inflatable bouncers, Microsoft play zone, face painting, Bopping Heads, reptile show and much more. Miraclefest begins at 11:00 a.m. and continues until 2:00 p.m.

Registration is free. Go to to register today as an individual or a team.

Unfortunately, I am already booked for the weekend of the walk, even though I would LOVE to partake with my boys. I personally know many families who have had their children in Mac for various reasons, and would love to support you if you are walking! Please send me an email at ThatMomBlog (at) gmail (dot) com, or leave me a comment below to let me know!
