6 weeks in, and less than 1lb away from a 20lb loss! OMG! After a rough week last week, and an extra kick of motivation, I am down 4.2lbs this week. Again, I was dreading the scale this morning feeling bloated and unbalanced. Seeing the loss has put a smile on my face, this really does work!
Last week I started ‘Couch to 5K’ training. Right now it is just in my basement (I can’t run outside in the cold due to my asthma) but I hope to get outdoors once the weather gets warmer. I am also going to pick up a kettle bell to start some strength training as well! I am hoping that adding these new workouts to my week will help continue the weight loss, and start coaxing the long hidden muscles to show themselves again soon!
