Weigh-in 5


I found myself dreading the weigh-in this morning. I had a week of not being as careful as the rest, and it shows. Only a 0.9lbs loss I will give myself the benefit of the doubt though, I feel extremely bloated this morning. Very very bloated. While I let myself feel down for a few rough minutes, I need to remind myself that it is still a loss! I also need to remind myself that I can do better, and this will be a kick in the ass to get back on track.

This weeks goals

  • NO FAST FOOD – no McDonalds, no Subway, no PIZZA.
  • Start working out more. Even if I walk on the wii fit while watching a show.
  • Drink MORE water! I am SO bad with that. I need to drink more and start tracking.
  • Only tea, or veggies after 7pm – this might be the hardest goal I am setting… we will see how it goes. Readers, you are there to keep me accountable! I CAN do this!

  1. I keep a water jug going all day. It’s more environmentally friendly than disposable bottles and I forget to fill a reusable one when it’s empty. With a jug and glass I have a constant reminder to DRINK MORE!

  2. No Subway? Isn’t there a whole diet based on Subway? 😀 Don’t be so hard on yourself Karen, you are doing AMAZING!

  3. Subway is good if you stick to a veggie or turkey sub on whole wheat and keep a close eye on the sauces. A lot of the time it’s healthier than what I would have made at home.
