Today was one of those days where I just did NOT feel like cooking. I have also been dreaming of hamburgers. Literally. I figured I have been so good at making meals (we won’t count yesterdays food court after trying on dresses…. my choices WERE healthy, and I stuck well within my daily points…) and I felt like I deserved a treat. The day after I joined Weight Watchers we got some McDonalds Coupons in the mail, how unfair. With only about a week left until they expire, I thought a cheat night was in order, and my goodness was it GOOD!
Big Mac with no cheese 12 points – Spinach Salad (made at home) with apple and fat free raspberry vinigrette 1 point – Coke Zero 0 points. That was a DELISH 13 point supper! And hey, I still have 10 points left for a healthy snack later.
I LOVE that Weight Watchers allows this. It won’t become a regular thing by any means, but treating yourself is a must!
